I am very excited to let you know I have just added Proxy Bidding to my portfolio of services that Creative Real Estate offers.
I have been in real estate for over 30 years and am considered by my peers to be an impressive bidder at auctions.
Agents are now asking me to bid for their clients at their auctions when they are not able to attend in person.
Paperwork is required to be signed prior and a limit set.
If successful, I do all signing on your behalf, I also check the contract and Form 1’s and liaise with the selling agent with your conveyancer details.
If able, you are on the phone with me the whole time to experience the excitement.
